Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. For the return to be eligible, the garment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: it must show no signs of use (other than normal fitting to check its size), must not have been washed, and must be returned with its original packaging or an equally adequate packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Procedure

To start the procedure, contact us at yupvintage@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and the address of our warehouse to ship the package to. Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Shipping Deadline: Once the return request has been made, the customer is required to ship the item no later than 14 calendar days. If the shipment is not made within this deadline, the right to a refund is lost and the return will not be accepted.

Shipping Arrangement and Costs:

Independent Management: The customer must arrange the return shipment completely independently, choosing their preferred courier or postal service.

Costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the responsibility for the integrity of the product during return transit lies with the sender.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of the inspection. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

The refund will include the price of the product and the standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (as required by European regulation). Only the direct costs for returning the garment remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damages, Issues and Unique Pieces

We invite you to inspect your order upon delivery. In case of defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Since every Yup Vintage garment is a unique piece, it is not possible to make size exchanges or direct replacements. If you wish to have another item, you will need to proceed with a new order after making the return.
