All orders placed on our shop are shipped using a trackable service: you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery times: 2-5 business days (from shipping).

Processing times: orders are usually prepared and processed within 2-3 business days.

In Italy, for orders over €99, shipping is free.

In the event of incorrect or incomplete name, address, or other details, the responsibility lies solely with the buyer. We therefore invite you to carefully verify the entered data before completing your purchase. We also remind you that once the package has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier: any delays or issues do not depend on us.
